A forum for creating synergies on molecular modeling

We wish to open this portal with the ambition of creating synergies on questions related to molecular modeling issues. The BIO-ACCESS initiative is intended to associate people into networks of services, helping non-specialists in addressing their problems through the use of molecular modeling strategies.

This portal is also aimed at sharing resources on biomolecular flexibility. We have developed a software “FLEXIBLE” that makes it possible to generate databases of deformation modes (Static Modes) that can be further used by the community to predict the deformation response of a molecule submitted to an external excitation to be composed by an operator.
