Quick installation procedure
Install tcl-tk.
Install Poly/ML version 4.1 (on Suns or Linuxes) or version 4.0 (on Windows).
Unpack the adequate tina distribution. This creates a hierarchy rooted at tina-2.0.14. The binaries are in directory tina-2.0.14/bin. Read file tina-2.0.14/README for details.
